This unit has lots of features for little money. The USB input is great. At the MP3 compression which sounds transparent to me, I can put about 20 CDs per GB on a flash drive. I got a 8GB drive and can hear all my old music in random order and not repeat a song for weeks. I only wish you could search folders easier on the flash drive. You can only move up and down folders or select a song by the number (with 100 CDs on the flash drive, that means there ore over 1,000 songs). You cannot navigate a folder tree, so you can't really divide your music by genre, for example. There are more options to search if you burn MP3s onto a CD-ROM, for some reason.
Other minor gripes:
-You can't keep the clock time in the display as a default. Every time you change modes, or search for song title/track etc. you have to push the "display" button to get the time back.
-There is a fairly large volume level difference between modes- radio being the loudest.
-The display is not very bright- hard to see in the daylight.
-The mode button is not easy to push, since it is directly above the volume button which sticks out a bit.
Still, for the price, it's a great unit.Get more detail about Dual XHD6425 4X50 Watt Bluetooth-Ready HD Radio and MP3 Player.
