I don't see as well as i did when i was twenty so the tiny buttons are a pain as is the tiny print on them. The display only has one line of info, so to see time of day and which station or track your listening to, you have to press the display button up to five times for that info. Everything was displayed at once on my factory radio so I miss that. The HD radio is superb and the difference on am is astounding but the signal isn't strong enough on the one HD am station we have in Houston so the radio constantly reverts back and forth from HD to regular signal and that is so aggravating that you will change the station. You cannot switch off the HD. By default, the radio is in auto sig seek mode so it won't find some of your favorite stations until you get into manual tune mode and set a preset. Then the radio reverts back to auto after a few seconds. I've had this radio for four months now. Almost from the beginning the cd skipped but as time goes by it happens more and more often. My eight yr old factory radio that it replaced never skipped unless I hit a bone jarring pot hole. Now the lcd display goes completely blank and that has prompted me to seek warrantee service. I bought this radio because I wanted to play mp3s and wma files from cd. the ability to do it from a thumb drive was a real bonus I've grown to love but the disadvantages of this radio out weigh it's good points.
