Pros:
1. HD radio. It makes sense in SF Bay area.
2. Last position memory for mp3 playback. Most of cheap players
will play track from begining after power off/on or starting engine.
3. Very useful USB interface. It makes index pretty fast.
4. Good price after $50 rebate, see details at Frys.
Cons:
1. Noticeable high pitched whine from car alternator. So filter on
power line is ineffective. I've never heard this noise from my OEM (Alpine)radio.
2. Poor fit in the dash. It leaves a big gaps compared to OEM piece.
