This is my first car stereo with a display. When I was looking around I wanted one that could play DivX files (along with MP3's, DVD's and A/V from an iPod) and has a front aux input. This was one branded player that could play DivX and also I think the price is reasonable. But unfortunately after having bought it I realized it won't play DivX from the USB drive but only from a CD/DVD media which took me by surprise (it's nowhere mentioned in their manuals). When I checked with Pioneer support they confirmed the same. Even some DivX files written on CD/DVD discs won't play. It says 'Unplayable file' which is quite annoying - you spend 20 odd minutes to write stuff onto a DVD only to realize it won't play. Even with these problems, I still like this player for its bundle of features. iPod navigation is very intuitive (you can search for a file name or title you want and play). Picture quality is great. Although you can clearly tell an iPod video from one playing through DVD (iPod video output is not as clear as viewed on the iPod itself).
