The Pioneer AVIC-U310BT is a great entry level navigation, it works great if you plot out your trips and have a plan. The lack of POI's didn't really impact me since I planned out all the stops and found all the POI's I wanted before I left for my trip. If used everyday it would probably be worth buying the $100 add-on card for POI's. But if you carry a smart phone with a web connection you'd be wasting your money for POI's. This unit is perfect for getting you across country and keeping you from getting lost.
