Shop For Pioneer FH-P8000BT Double-Din In-Dash CD/MP3/WMA/AAC Receiver with Built-In Bluetooth, iPod Control, and Rear USB Input

I have had this unit for almost a year and a half now, had it replaced once and will be returning it. I purchased it for my 2008 Honda Civic when I was looking for a double DIN deck that supports USB audio and built-in Bluetooth support. The radio component works great. Using my Sony Ericson K790 and Bluetooth is sketchy - sometimes it be crystal clear and other times it is very fuzzy.

The worst part is Pioneer customer service. The MP3 component with a USB memory stick is very buggy. It does not sort the folders in alphabetical order. It skips certain files (even though they are encoded per the spec in the owners manual) without any indication as to why. I have been trying to get support for this well over a year and it has been terrible. The customer support folks make commitments to follow up and consistently fail to follow through. The took the device after seeing the MP3 issues in action themselves, and told me they were unable to reproduce the issue in their lab. They have left me with no options to resolve the clearly demonstrated issue. It has taken me since last April to get to this point where I will be looking to return the unit because it does not deliver on its promise. I will never purchase another Pioneer product thanks to their mediocre customer service.Get more detail about Pioneer FH-P8000BT Double-Din In-Dash CD/MP3/WMA/AAC Receiver with Built-In Bluetooth, iPod Control, and Rear USB Input.
